I can't resist sets like these with little painted wooden figures

No makers marks and i cannot find another one anywhere? I believe it is made by Erzgebirge of Germany though

Fantastic condition. It has a little chain from the front, i have no idea if it had something hanging from that originally?  People measure 3cm high and the boat itself measures 13.5cm long x 2.5cm high
