This is a lovely vintage 1980s dress
The fabric is a blue and pink floral cotton, with zip and lots of layers at the back (optional bow can be tied)
It measures (laid flat) 39cm waist x 40cm armpit to armpit and 109cm long

It is approx a small modern size uk 12 (Margaret, my mannequin is a small 12 and it just about fits)
