This is a lovely vintage velour dress, classic 1990s piece (i had the same as a 90s Goth)! 

Made by New Look

Label says 16, but i would say 14-16 (Margaret, my mannequin is a small 12) lots of stretch too

Great condition

Measures 49cm underarm to underarm x 130cm long
